  • What are your shipping rates?

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your location.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, we currently only ship within New Zealand.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes! Pickup is available from our Hamilton studio by appointment. Some fragile pieces are pickup only and will be clearly marked on the product page.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Orders should arrive within 7 days of purchase. If you live in a rural area, delivery may take a little longer.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    No, all sales are final. The only exception is if an item arrives broken in transit. We will assist you in making a claim with the courier company.

  • What happens if my item is faulty?

    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging. We will assess and arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.

  • Will I receive updates about my order?

    Yes! You will receive email notifications when your order is placed, dispatched, and delivered. If you haven’t received any updates, email us at hello@fauxandthorn.co.nz
